Abstract

This article aims to relate some aspects of Pope Francis encyclical Fratelli Tutti with the challenges of welcoming migrants in our country. Our objective is not to make an almost exegetical reading, that is, to focus on the passages of the encyclical that specifically deal with migrations, but to highlight elements that stand out in a broader or global critical reading. In this sense, the encyclical will bring us fundamental elements to think about new dynamics for migration and a world that is increasingly closed and more and more inclined to see migrants as the cause of many social, political and economic problems. From the encyclical, we want to propose perspectives capable of triggering formative actions that aim to educate for acceptance.
